ESM Technologies, Carthage, MO, has named Kevin Ruff, PhD, technical director. He will oversee product research and development, quality systems and ESM’s clinical testing program. Dr. Ruff has held a number of pharmaceutical drug development positions with several different organizations over the last 10 years.
